E&O Insurance for Property Preservation

Awesome website! I run a succesful REO-PPO business in Northern CA. However, I am changing ownership, and would like info about E&O insurance companies and GL Insurance companies. My current insurance company takes way too long to get in touch with, and frankly I do not want them anymore. I know you get this question all the time. Thanks for your help!!

For E&O Insurance, I will admit I always refer reps to the one agency that I am so confident in. This agency insured my company when we were operating solely as a private investigation agency. When we added field services they educated themselves on the industry in order to be able to offer specialized coverage for the industry. Some people just earn your respect.
