•Property Preservation & Field Services: On vacant and distressed Real Estate for Lenders, Banks, Mortgage Companies, Credit Unions and Asset Managers.

•Default Mortgage Services: Occupancy Inspections, Property Inspections, Real Estate Owned (REO) Services.
•Evictions: Eviction services, Working attorney and Sheriff’s Department to remove all personal property and debris.
•Locks/Lockouts & Rekey Services: All locks are keyed to client’s requested key codes.
•Debris Removal/Trash outs: Removal of all interior and exterior debris, property.
•Lawn care: Initial Lawn care, re cuts, shrubs trimming, fallen tree removal.
•Boarding: Property is secured as needed. Windows and doors can be boarded or replaced.
• Winterization: Draining of the plumbing system. Pressurize the system with an air compressor. Anti-freeze poured in plumbing appliances, the toilets are taped, and winterization notices are posted on front door, electrical panel and in kitchen/baths.
