Membership Plans
The previously announced Membership Plans are now in effect. You may continue to use your prior member account as a guest account. If you wish to participate in any features not available with your guest account, subscribe to your choice of membership plans and your guest account will be upgraded to the account you choose. Choose wisely – consider your future needs – the plans are non-refundable. Please read the corresponding notes for all superscripts at the bottom of this page for a better understanding of the features in the membership plans.
Important Note: If you use a credit card or debit card to pay for your membership, after you have paid for your membership you MUST look for and click on a link titled “Return to Site” or “Previous Page”. Doing this will bring you back to Cubic Yard to fill out your membership details. If you pay for your membership using Paypal funds instead of a card, your return to Cubic Yard is handled automatically for you.
Important Note: When you are returned to Cubic Yard by Paypal, you will have two options for completing your membership: Existing members and New Members. If you have ever signed in to Cubic Yard with a user name and password, this is the option to choose. If you have never signed in to Cubic Yard before, choose the New Member option.
Your credit card or bank statement will show a charge from Gulf Thunder Corporation. Please see note #1 at the bottom of this page for more information.

1 Membership plans are processed through subscriber’s Paypal account. Subscribers have full control of subscription services and will use their own Paypal account to cancel, upgrade, downgrade or extend subscription services. Your credit card or bank statement will show a charge from Gulf Thunder Corporation.
2 Plus Plan Members and Premium Plan Members share a priority Question and Answer category which has priority over over all other Q&A categories.
3 The Download Library contains an assortment of files we created or gathered that can help contractors save money and run their businesses more efficiently: check lists, charts, software, etc.
4 Forum access is reserved for Plus Plan Members and Premium Plan Members.
5 Plus Plan Members receive a 20% discount on all WebExam™ training, testing and certification classes and exams which includes the Property Preservation Certification Exam. Requests for WebExam Keys must be sent to keys@webexam.us using the e-mail account used for CubicYard membership. Premium Plan Members receive their choice of one free WebExam key of their choice. If your insurance provider or mortgage servicing company is asking for you to get WebExam™ certification, this is the membership you should choose. Requests for WebExam Keys must be sent to keys@webexam.us using the e-mail account used for CubicYard membership. Premium Plan Members can purchase discounted WebExam™ keys in bulk: 3 keys – $225; 5 keys - $300; 10 keys – $500.
6 Content on CubicYard is published by “posting” articles into categories. Content (articles) about specific companies is reserved for Plus Plan Members and Premium Plan Members.
7 Street Smarts™ contains research on companies, lists of business opportunities, interviews and other content intended to make contractors aware of additional income opportunities for their property preservation and REO business.
8 Underdog Toolbox™ contains links to local, state and federal government agencies, law discussions, representatives, and others that may be of use to contractors in handling difficult situations with lenders and mortgage servicing companies.
9 Onsite Classrooms™ are still in development. When available, Onsite Classrooms™ will be available only to Premium Membership Plan members. Prices and/or discounts are to be determined.
10 Premium Membership includes direct links to some sites we use to gather our information. We cannot include all our sources but these are definately worth your time to visit.
