Our service areas are the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and some parts of Ventura. We do rekeying, padlocking, full service lawn care and maintenance, deep sales cleaning and refreshing, security board ups, pool maintenance and securing, mold remediation, debris removal, painting, and home repairs. We provide quality before and after photos of our work and can fast track a property, no problem.

REO Lender Solution was formed in response to the current housing crisis. Currently we are the primary contractor for Zone 8 in Florida for Safeguard Properties. Our VA approval number is #0123 so you can see we have been at if for a long time. We are approved with HUD, FNMA, and Freddie as well. Our sister companies are Realtors and a mortgage lender that specializes in the FHA 203K Rehab Streamline loan. We feel the 203K Rehab loan can help the first time home buyers move into homeownership with lower down payments and help the buyer repair the house, bypass the investors and restore some equity into a damaged housing market. Asset preservation is about more than cleanup. We need to secure the homes, make sure they are safe and sound, prevent further deterioration, and help return these distressed homes to the housing market. This is our goal.
