I am a full service independent preservation company that offers maintenance, preservation, secure and repair work for properties located on the Treasure Coast, located in the State of Florida.
Monitors and maintains the condition and appearance of residential properties in the Company’s possession and/or control as a result of a borrower’s bankruptcy and/or foreclosure. Ensures properties are maintained in compliance with all local ordinances and requirements, while in the Company’s possession.
Service includes but is not limited to trashouts, rekeys, landscaping, board-ups, property inspections, repair bids and property repair. I service Satisfied residential home owners as well as national financial institutions, mortgage companies and banks providing property preservation, lawn care and repair work.
I also perform site inspections, merchant inspections and photo drivebys.
