I have over four years of experience performing inspections including residential and commercial loss control insurance inspections, underwriting surveys, real estate inspections, and mobile home appraisals. I also have many years of experience in various fields like technical services, sales, service, and public relations. I am also fully bilingual in English/Spanish.
I have a fully equipped home office with cable Internet, scanner, phone/fax, a desktop PC, and a laptop notebook. I also have a reliable vehicle, digital cameras, a portable GPS/PDA device, mapping software, sketching software, measuring wheel & tape, and all other equipment needed to effectively and accurately complete the assignments in the field.
