We need Property Preservation Contractors
I’m looking for part sub-contractors to complete Property Preservation, Winterization, Trash Outs, Janitorial, and Lawn Service.
All must meet the following conditions:
*Must Live in Oklahoma & Texas areas (when replying to this email note where you live)
*Must have truck, prefer a trailer also (debris removal)
*Must have GPS system or maps
*Must have digital camera (document your work)
*Computer or Laptop with Internet
*Must have own tools (hand tools, power tools, tools for winterization, etc…)
*Duties consist of lock changes, winterizations, boarding, debris removal, window re-glazing, lawn care duties, janitorial service, documenting and reporting property conditions with other preservation assignments.
*Efficient, pays attention to detail, and ready to Work hard and prove all your work with pictures.
Laborers will be Independent Contractors (Not Employees).
